Auto-zoom on every click
Clicks are grouped into bursts by how close they are in time and position, and each burst becomes a camera move that eases in, holds on what matters, and eases out. Overlapping moves cross-fade, so a run of clicks reads as one continuous shot.
Webcam bubble on its own track
The camera is recorded separately from the screen, so you can drag it anywhere in the frame, resize it, reshape it or hide it entirely after the take instead of committing during it.
Narration and system audio
Microphone and system audio are captured and mixed into the recording, so a walkthrough with commentary needs one take rather than a voiceover pass.
Edit
Trim, split, cut and reorder
Drag the playhead, split anywhere, delete the parts that did not work, and drag whole sections into a different order. The video and its audio track are trimmed independently, so a stumble in the narration does not cost you the footage.
Speed ramps from 0.5× to 4×
Select a stretch and change its speed. Long-running builds, form filling and page loads compress to a few seconds while the parts that matter stay at full speed.

What is Duxo?+
Duxo is a browser-based screen recorder and editor for product demos, courses and tutorials. It records your screen, automatically zooms in on every click, gives you a timeline to trim and speed up the result, and then turns the same recording into an MP4, a written how-to guide, an embeddable article or a YouTube upload.
Who is it for?+
Founders and solo entrepreneurs who need to show a product without hiring a video team, and content and course creators who want one recording to become several pieces of content. It assumes no editing experience.
Do I need to download or install anything?+
No. Duxo runs entirely in a Chromium browser such as Chrome, Edge, Arc or Brave. Recording, editing and encoding all happen on your own machine, so your video never leaves your computer unless you choose to publish it.
How does automatic zoom work?+
Duxo tracks where the pointer actually is and when it clicks. Clicks close together in time and position are grouped into a burst, and each burst becomes a zoom block that eases in, holds, and eases back out. Overlapping blocks cross-fade so consecutive clicks read as one continuous camera move rather than a series of jumps.
What can I edit after recording?+
Trim the start and end, split anywhere on the timeline, delete sections you do not want, drag sections into a different order, and set the speed of any selection between 0.5× and 4×. Audio has its own controls: narration volume, background music with independent volume and trimming, and a video track that can be trimmed separately from the recorded audio.
What does the AI copilot actually do?+
It looks at frames from your recording and writes a step-by-step how-to article grounded in what is visible on screen, with a screenshot for each step pulled from the video. You can export it as a PDF, or publish it and embed it in your blog, where it renders as a native article rather than a video player.
How does the embeddable guide work on my blog?+
Publishing a how-to gives you a snippet to paste into any blog or CMS. It renders as a formatted article with numbered steps and screenshots, follows your readers' light or dark theme, and resizes itself to the height of the content instead of scrolling inside a fixed box. The embedded page is set to noindex so it does not compete with your post in search results.
Does publishing to YouTube upload to my own channel?+
Yes. You connect your own Google account, and the video is uploaded under your own credentials to your own channel. Duxo only requests permission to upload — it cannot read, edit or delete anything else on your account, and the video goes from your browser directly to Google rather than through our servers.
Who owns the recordings and the content?+
You do. Recordings stay on your machine, project files are saved to folders you choose, and you keep all rights to everything you make with Duxo, including anything the copilot writes from your recording.
What are the limits of the free plan?+
The free plan records up to 60 seconds per take, includes five exports in total, and adds a watermark to them. Everything else — auto-zoom, timeline editing, backgrounds, the webcam bubble, cursor smoothing and MP4 export — is included.
How much does Duxo cost?+
Standard is priced locally rather than converted at checkout: ₦10,000 per month in Nigeria, $15 in the US, £11 in the UK, €10 in the Eurozone, GH₵82 in Ghana, KSh1,000 in Kenya and R120 in South Africa. Paying yearly costs ten months' money for twelve months of access.
What formats can I export?+
MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio, encoded frame by frame so nothing drops under load, or WebM with VP9 recorded in real time. MP4 plays in QuickTime, Premiere, Slack and everywhere else without conversion.
Which browsers are supported?+
Chromium-based browsers — Chrome, Edge, Arc, Brave and Opera. Safari and Firefox do not yet support the combination of display capture and WebCodecs encoding that Duxo relies on.
